Anchor Your Habits
2020-10-30Each habit needs an anchor, a specific preceding action. Tying habits to actions will give you a concrete reminder to begin the habit.
Anchors can be once a day: waking up, preparing for bed.
Or many times a day: walking into the kitchen, using the restroom.
It's important to choose an anchor that can directly lead into the habit you want to build.
