Can you go on a trip without posting about it on social media?
Do you exercise to improve your health or look sexy? Either can be your reason. But your goal has shifted.
For looking sexy, you might want solid ab muscles. To improve your health you might want a wide range of motion.
Keep your real goal in mind.
Ask yourself: would you do it if you couldn't tell anyone?
